Dear Sir or Madam , |
|
Two of our core corporate values are reliability and competence. It’s one thing to claim that the company stands for these values – and does so in many different ways. But it’s quite another to actually show this, too. In concrete terms. Which is why in this newsletter we explain which commitments we have voluntarily made to protect the environment and make our shared future a little better.
In addition, you will learn about our new configurator, which lets you quickly determine the optimal BRUGG Pipes solution – tailored to each specific application. And last but not least, we provide some insights into our daily work and the way we realize customer projects. As we all know, a picture is worth a thousand words – but a video tops everything.
Kind regards Your BRUGG Pipes team

We take responsibility |
|
BRUGG Pipes pursues a proactive environmental policy that combines sustainability and economic viability – from product development through to the retail trade. In doing so, we continuously optimise our approach to energy usage and production resources in order protect ourselves and the environment as far as possible.
What does this mean in concrete terms? That we use our resources sparingly and reduce environmental pollution to the absolute minimum. We communicate this internally and externally; to our employees, partners, customers, suppliers and the authorities. We continuously develop and train our staff in the area of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) to continuously deepen our understanding of environmental, occupational and health protection and ensure that the corresponding measures become even more effective. For example, we have already succeeded in significantly reducing our CO2 emissions despite increasing employee numbers. And this is just the beginning. |

Which pipe system is suitable for your application? |
|
Whether you need pipes to transport heating or drinking water, or for entire heat pump networks – simply enter the details of your temperature and performance requirements and, just a few clicks later, our new configurator will show you an overview of all suitable pipe systems from the CALPEX product family or the FLEXSTAR heat pump systems – including all key information on dimensions, bending radii, flow rates and pressure losses. By the way, our configuration tool calculates the latter automatically, as well as the expected mass flow. Try it out now – and find out quickly and easily which BRUGG Pipes system is best suited to your building project. |

New video: Complex building project in Berlin Kreuzberg |
|
Our new video documents the installation of our pipe solution, which we carried out as part of a demanding customer order in the German capital. The main challenges during this project included a four-lane road intersection with heavy traffic, two subway line crossings, and magnetic interference fields. At a depth of 18 metres, we finally succeeded in laying two 180-metre-long strands of our FLEXWELL district heating cable. In the video, we explain why we decided to use the horizontal directional drilling method, which locating technology was used and why the FLEXWELL pipe system was particularly well suited to this application.
